How to prepare: Herbal Infusions are made by brewing 2 large teaspoons of herbal tea mixture (2.5 g) into 1 liter of boiling water (approx. 80 C./ 175 F.).
Let the mixture brew for 12-15 minutes, depending on your preference. Herbal Infusions can be taken daily, however a maximum of 2-3 cups is recommended.
