How To Use
Our Hot Herbal Infusions teas are prepared by mixing two teaspoons of the herbal blend (2.5 g) with one liter of boiling water (approx. 80 degrees). Let the tea steep for 5–8 minutes before you begin drinking it. Mindfulness Hot Herbal Infusion tea can be enjoyed daily, but we recommend a maximum of 2–3 cups per day.
