RECEPTIONIST / HOST FOR AMAZING SPACE AT HOTEL D’ANGLETERRE

Hotel d’Angleterre is looking for three dedicated and service-minded receptionists / hosts for a full-time position.

As a receptionist / host, you will play an important role in the guest’s overall experience. You are often among the first and last people the guest meets, which is why your presence, professionalism, and ability to provide the highest level of service are of great importance.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and naturally goes the extra mile to ensure that every guest feels seen, welcomed, and well taken care of.

WE IMAGINE THAT YOU:

•  You are a trained receptionist with experience in the hotel or service industry.
• You have a natural and genuine interest in people
• You are passionate about hospitality and delivering service at the highest level
• You are professional, welcoming, and able to maintain an overview—even when things get busy
• You have an eye for detail and understand that it is often the little things that make all the difference
• You are a strong team player who contributes positively to both the working environment and the guest experience
• You speak and write Danish and English to a high standard

WORKING HOURS ARE WITHIN:

Weekdays: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Weekends: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

The position is full-time, 37 hours per week, with working hours spread across both weekdays and weekends.

SPA THERAPIST AT AMAZING SPACE AT HOTEL D’ANGLETERRE

Amazing Space at Hotel d’Angleterre is looking for a skilled and passionate spa therapist to join our team, starting as soon as possible.

At Amazing Space, you will become part of a world where luxury, expertise, personal connection, and sensory experiences come together. Our products are made in Denmark, natural and holistic, developed with great respect for the skin, the body, and the senses. They combine luxurious textures and fragrances with highly concentrated, active ingredients, while our treatments are designed to offer guests more than just a moment of relaxation – they are meant to be felt, experienced, and remembered.

PART OF SOMETHING TRULY SPECIAL

You will become part of Amazing Space’s skilled team of spa therapists at the iconic Hotel d’Angleterre, where we welcome guests from Denmark and around the world every day. As a spa therapist, you play an essential role in creating the experience that guests remember – from the moment they enter the spa until they leave.

Your role will involve both:

• perform professional facial, body, and massage treatments
• create attentive and personalised guest experiences
• advise guests on skincare and products
• help guests find the products and treatments that are best suited to their individual needs
• be part of the spa’s sales and service team
• welcome guests and handle bookings
• contribute to the high standards and atmosphere that Amazing Space is known for

Approximately half of your working hours will be dedicated to treatments, while the rest of your time will be spent as part of our service and sales team.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:

You are a qualified cosmetologist, massage therapist, or body therapist, preferably with experience in the spa or wellness industry. But most importantly, you are passionate about your profession and about people.

And you are:

• professionally skilled and curious.
• naturally welcoming and service-minded
• calm, attentive, and professional
• good at reading people and creating a sense of comfort and trust
• interested in skincare, wellbeing, and sales
• positive and able to maintain a good overview – even when things get busy
• proud of your craft and the experience you create for every guest

You are fluent in Danish and English and eager to work in an international and exclusive environment.

PERMANENT FULL-TIME POSITION

The position is a permanent part of our team in Amazing Space at Hotel d’Angleterre.

Working hours are 28–37 hours per week by mutual agreement. You typically work 4–5 days a week on rotating shifts, including every other weekend.
