How to perform:

“Lift” the muscles with deep strokes, alternating with both palms. Make sure the entire palm is in contact with the skin. How to do:

Stand upright, with relaxed knees and feet slightly apart.

1. Lift your shoulders up to your ears and let them fall heavily into place.
2. Breathe deeply, while you imagine that – you inhale white energy through your nose and into your body, then exhale black smoke out of your mouth – 5-10 times.
3. Turn your head, and look from right to left, as you stretch your neck muscles – alternate 10 times.
4. Look up and look down, stretch your throat and neck muscles as far as possible – alternate 10 times.
5. Keep your shoulders down, as you tilt your head to the side and put your ear down on your shoulder, then change sides – alternate 10 times.
6. Yawn as wide as you can, then bite your teeth together – alternate 10 times.
7. Smile as wide as you can, then pout – alternate 10 times.
8. Lift your eyebrows and forehead muscle as high as you can, and then let them fall back into place – alternate 10 times.
9. Try to wiggle your ears – and if you can – wiggle 10 times.
10. Open your mouth and close your eyes, as you shake your head – for 10 seconds.
